For your Convenience we have created this Holster Warranty Repair Form.
PLEASE USE THIS FORM ONLY IF DIRECTED BY HHH STAFF.
The base price of this order will cover the cost of shipping the repaired holster back to you. The additional options are if you choose to replace components that are not damaged or under warranty.
EXAMPLE: Your Kydex is cracked but you would like new leather or clips.
Please include:
1. A printed copy of this order form
2. Your original order form
3. Your holster to be repaired
